The 2025 Knife-Skill Showdown, Pig roast Hoedown is open for Signup! Here's how it works - The Head to Head is a traditional bracket competition. If you win in your head to head battle you move onto the next round until 1 person is left to claim all the glory. Scoring is not only based on speed but also consistency and similarity to our examples.

This year we have added an event! The 3 legged Mise en Place relay race. 3 person teams will race against each other to knock out a prep list. Scoring is also based on speed and consistency. When signing up for the relay race, only 1 person from the team needs to reserve the team spot. I will follow up and get all the details needed to add the other teammates to your reserved spot. 

Reserves - If someone doesn't show up the day of or drops out before the event, you get called in!

MOST IMPORTANTLY: This is an event designed for us all to have fun and build community. It's for all you hard working industry folks to take a breath and hangout with awesome people before heading back into the city for hectic summer service. Bring friends, family and coworkers! Kids welcome! Let's all rally together for a very fun morning.

1st, 2nd 3rd place in the head to head will win knives and the winning team of the relay race will win a very special new offering from Larson Made.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW 

When: Saturday July 26th 

Where: Buckshot Honey Snoqualmie

Arrive: 8:30 am for check-in

Head to Head Start: 9 am 

3 Person Relay Race start: 10 am

Finale: 10:30 am

Awards: 10:50 am

We will do our absolute best to have you leaving Snoqualmie by 11:30 am. We will need to take pictures before everyone leaves!
