PNW no.6 Santoku Carbon
PNW no.6 Santoku Carbon
My take on the iconic eastern culinary knife, the No.6 Santoku. Santoku translates to: "knife of three virtues." This can be interpreted a few different ways but at the end of the day the name is communicating how much this knife can handle. Cut protein, process fish, mince garlic, chiffonade basil. A jack of all trades with my usual tapering geometry that makes this model an absolute delight to use alongside the high hardness carbon steel...this is a knife you will fall in love with.
