no.9 Gyuto Stainless

Hand forged stainless steel and charred Oregon myrtle. A dark horse among its ilk. With a 9.5" blade this knife can handle anything you can throw at it while still being light enough you can wield it with total confidence. The laser thin grind cuts like butter while the ever so slightly forward weighted blade asks to be pushed through ingredients.
